DETROIT TALENTS hereby expressly objects to any use of such content for the purposes of text and data mining, in particular by artificial intelligence systems, as defined under Articles L.122-5-3 III and L.211-3 (8°) of the French Intellectual Property Code, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/790 of 17 April 2019 on copyright in the Digital Single Market.

Pursuant to Article R.122-28 of the French Intellectual Property Code, this objection does not require justification and may be expressed by any means, including machine-readable processes, metadata, or the terms and conditions of a website.
